Sparkling Wednesdays and Thursdays on the half shell

We’re on a mission is to bring sparkling wine to the people and introduce you to bubbly from around the world. Our cellar has one of Montreal’s most extensive lists of private imports, with everything from big-name Champagnes to great finds from lesser-known producers. There’s something for every palate and pocketbook. Every Wednesday, our sommelier pours personal favourites from our new arrivals at half price. And every week, our chef concocts seasonal tasting platters. Put the two together and you’ve got a match made in heaven! If you’d rather order by the bottle, we also offer reduced pricing on a selected bottle of Champagne for the evening.

Thursdays are all about oysters. From 5 p.m. to close, we’ve got bivalves galore. Our chef turns out inspired creations that will have you coming back for more.
